There are a couple of doubleheaders you can consider Thursday. First, Chicago St. has a doubleheader as their men’s and women’s basketball teams play today – one ticket gains admission to both games.

Second, the Northwestern women’s basketball team is playing at noon for Field Trip Day. Admission to the game is $1. Combine this game with one of the other games taking place in the evening:

2) Northwestern Women’s Basketball vs. Arkansas at Welsh-Ryan Arena in Evanston, IL. Game starts at 12:00 pm.
3) Loyola (IL) Women’s Basketball vs. Northern Illinois at the Gentile Center in Chicago, IL. Game starts at 7:00 pm.
4) Chicago State Men’s Basketball vs. Olivet Nazarene at the Jones Convocation Center in Chicago, IL. Game starts at 7:30 pm.
5) Chicago State Women’s Basketball vs. Akron at the Jones Convocation Center in Chicago, IL. Game starts at 5:00 pm.

In addition, you can attend thoroughbred horse racing at Hawthorne Racecourse in Cicero, IL (post time 1:20 pm) or harness racing at Maywood Park in Maywood, IL (post time 7:20 pm).
